Carry with you inside the airplane a hand luggage with clothes change for one day or two. Depending on where your bag has gone, it can take hours to days to get your bag back to you again.
If you have clothes to change it won’t be such a big problem as it would be if you hadn’t any clothes to change. Be aware because it can take more than one or two days to get your bag back.
So student travel tip nº1. When you are traveling on a plane and going to board on main airports with lots of traffic carry with you an extra set of clothes.
And if your luggage is lost what should you do?
Simple, go immediately to lost and found and make a complaint. They will keep you updated about your luggage situation. Never leave the airport before you made a written complaint.
