Erasmus accommodation is one of the first things you search when you plan your Erasmus. What’s the best location for me to stay? Should i go to an apartment or a house? How much will it cost me per month? And what about bills like water, electricity, internet and so on? Well we give you some tips on how to get all your answers. What’s best? Stay in a house or in one apartment?

Depends on your personality, if you like an academic environment, like to party and socialize or your prefer a quiet place. If you have an academic personality then you should choose a Erasmus house and if you prefer a quiet place the Erasmus apartment is a better choice.

For example, in one Erasmus house if you make a small party neighbors normally don’t complaint. On the other hand if you make a small party in an apartment you have neighbors above and below that will complaint.

Erasmus accommodation best location?

There are a few things you are going to need near your door like for example, transports, supermarket and your University.

Some students prefer stay in the city center and that’s ok as long as you have a good transportation network at your door.

Costs per month?

Many student houses and apartments offer all bills included solution and that’s that best choice. When all bills are included you don’t have to pay extra for electricity, internet, water and so on.
